Few terms as a vague as "terrorist". You will find the two organizations who define what a terrorist really is are the media and the goverment (any government). In many circles outside these groups, people in military studies in particular the definition falls somewhere along these lines:

A terrorist is a non-sanctioned agent operating in a nation other than that of their citizenship, with the intention to use violence against that nation or a portion of its populace or infrastructure in order to promote instability or change.

A non-sanctioned agent acting against the government of their own nation would be labeled a rebel, isurgent, or partisan. The definition is vague but you will find little agreement on what a set definition could be.

A terrorist is a person that has been abused in some way and seeks revenge. The name terrorist is now used because it excites people more, the old name of guerrila was less attractive and during World War Two, they were simply called the underground. However they did the same sort of attacks. When you talk of terrorists, you think of crazy people, but remember they are seeking retribution to the US support of the Shah of Iran and other dictators in many corners of the world. They are fighting back with whatever weapons available. In Vietnam, many GIs were wounded or killed by bamboo stakes. The problem is that the US seeks to dominate other nations and control them. It would be better for us to allow them to settle their own problems or at least allow the UN to attempt it. We are not the world's police.

All these people labelling Bush a terrorist are offensive in their ignorance.
A terrorist is someone who kills to perpetuate an agenda.
Civillians killed defending against the perpetuation of that agenda, as Bush is doing, are collateral damage.
The moral responsibility lies with the party that initiated the conflict.
I'm correct in assuming it was Muslims, predominantly Arab, that wreaked 9/11, arent I?

Any person or group that intentionally attack civilians in their every day life in order to kill and scare a society to a halt.

I think that Islamofascists fit the description perfectly.

The war has just began. Islamofascism will be eradicated.
