Well some poeple have a weak blatter, and they just can't help it.
Now if you asked why do people make such a mess when they use the restroom in public, well I could give you a great answer.
But you did not ask that one, sometimes you just gotta go.
Just be neat and tidy when you do.

I think I have a fear of having to go and there not being a restroom around. If I see a restroom, I tend to go whether it is a necessity of not.

Maybe some people just have a small bladder or need to go to the toilet for some other reaons, like to wash their hands, fix their hair or make-up, poke their nose or something.

IM not sure on that one but my 6 year old does the same thing...we just started calling her "The Bathroom Inspector" and moved on. We did however ask her whe she has to do this and got a 6 year old answer..."I don't know"
