Skydiving checked with Matt La Chance, a skydiver recently returned from a stay in Korea. “There’s a civilian DZ near Seoul where civilians jump two weekends a month from helicopters,” La Chance reported. “Jumps are quite pricey: about $70 each. However, if you’re an AFF jumpmaster—you’re in! The only Koreans who jump are very wealthy. So you not only get paid to jump with them, but you eat and drink for free.” Both the U.S. and Korean military forces support sport parachuting in that country, but their activities aren’t open to civilians.
Maybe this will help:

Seoul is by far South Korea's greatest town and among East Asia's economic and social epicentres, you can discover more with hotelbye . Seoul is really a amazing mixture of old traditions and cutting-edge digital technology, house to endless block food suppliers and great nightlife districts, an terribly high-pressure educational program and serene Buddhist temples, a trend-setting youth culture and usually smashing conformism, remarkable architecture and endless monotonous rows of grey residence buildings, Seoul is just a town full of stark contrasts. Seoul is an essential element of Korea's cultural heritage.

from what i've heard it's not common. because of the situation up north and US jets flying all over, small private aircraft are rare. but it was mentioned to be possible.
if you've found the website, i'd write them in english and probably someone in the office will be able to read it. otherwise, try and get a phone number and have your hotel or a korean friend call them once you've arrived in korea. good luck!

I don't see why not, providing you don't stray too near the border and get mistaken for an aerial attack on the North Koreans which would mean you becoming a target for a North Korean missile.

If you're in the military there are some clubs you can join. I jumped at Camp Humphreys, near Pyongtaek.
