Very similar to the story of Christs love and how He gave His life and rose from the dead.
Narnia is for everyone.

Narnia is very much a story for adults...C.S. Lewis was a brilliant scholar and a great writer...if you are able, try to read his other works too...he was also a very committed Christian with deep insights.

and as for the "read yer Bible" wowser...maybe a dose of Aslan's magic would help your to lighten up...Unless you become like children...remember!!!

It is a parallel to the traditional christian gospel with aslan as jesus. But, I've wondered, when they were read to me as a child, what is turkish delight?

I don't think any "kid books" are just for kids.

But I liked Mere Christianity far, far better.

I believe they are childrens books, if you want a big-grown-up book, read the bible.

Either way, to me, they are fairy tales.
