I have to pick one? It's america, the one in the US Constitution.
Really though, my alliegance is to morality (doing the right thing) equality for all human beings, freedom of religion, and the advancement of humanity, so that ultimately, we always have a better life for the next generation. The idea of America comes closest to that.
The ideals of Israel and Judaism exclude too much of the world and really are more about promoting themselves than tolerating any religions aside from Judaism. Putting God before everything, including humanity, makes it too easy to justify immorality (like killing) in the name of God. Don't believe me? Crack a history book or ask the terrorists if they're doing the right thing.
Putting anything before the wellbeing of humanity can pervert morality.

God out ranks anything and anyone. Everything else is fleeting, someday to be dust in the wind.
Judaism is the closest to God, so if I must choose one, I will choose Judaism.

Your allegiance to God should be more important than your allegiance to a country - but hopefully the two go hand-in-hand with your life agenda.
