why are people so horrid?...... I am ashamed to be British sometimes. In answer to your question, YES, you do, especially f you are claiming asylum, you need to be as honest as possible, you will only get caught out in the long run and then your chances of appeal will be practically nil should you be refused. Honesty is always the best policy. And try to ignore the prejudiced remarks, these people do not speak for us all.

If you are visiting it makes no difference as long as you behave responsible and not spread this infectious disease to others on purpose. But if you are planning to stay in the country you will probably have to go through several internal processes

I think its best to inform the immigration before you come that is the moral thing to do however you are not obliged to, but you only know if you can live with yourself.

when u move country, you've got to give your medical files to your local doctor, and then they give it to the nhs. Dont let people judge you cos you got aids, either.
