There are a few websites that may help you out. You may not want to go on ADD drugs, but I have to say this - my boss has been on them for 3 months, and they really helped him. Another thing you might want to think about is if you're also having this problem at night before you go to sleep, it might be something you need to talk to your doctor about. Keep your work area thoroughly organized.
Use a job list, everything you must do put on your list. Everything you accomplish mark off your list. Any additional things you do add to the list then cross off. This gives you a sense of accomplishment.
I too am short on concentration. This has helped me for years.
I make a new list most every day. What ever you don't get done from yesterday is first for the following.
