It says: 9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
We are members also of a holy nation, our high priest his Jesus and if we are all of this one body and one faith then we would be giving offering to help others not collecting it. Did Jesus collect offering on the earth or did he tell us to give to the poor?

there is no 'Collection' of tithes and offerings. but if another christian wants to sow in to your life, and if God gives you the 'ok', yes you can accept it.
Chritianity is not a religion... its family, you belong to the house hold of God, he is your daddy... at the end of the day what matters is your relationship with him.
God bless you!

You can try anything. It's like I always say about lawsuits--you can sue the Pope for bastardy, but that doesn't mean you'll win.
