is it because of time, or you want to lose weight?
although we should be very aware by now that breakfast actually helps weight loss...
i'm curious how many people actually have breakfast - and what do you usually have (by that i mean, a full fried breakfast or just a simple piece of fruit..?)

I dont skip breakfast(a full breakfast) because its the important meal of the day.People who think by skipping breakfast they`ll lose weight are just lying to themselves.

Yes I do skip breakfast. Its a time factor. I get up, take a shower, get dressed, and grab a cup of coffee as I walk out the door. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it get your metabolism moving. I wish I gave myself more time in the morning but I love to sleep as long as possible.

If I skip breakfast it is just a matter of not having time. I usually do a cup of oatmeal, fruit or yogurt with some granola. AND of course a good cup of coffee with cream and sugar. .. The weekend is when I have the full blown out artery clogging wonderful breakfast!

Never, although I have my breakfast about 2 hours after I get up. i cannot get through the morning without breakfast

I do not eat breakfast. If I eat or drink within 2 hours of waking up, I get nauseous. I would love to, I know all about the benefits, but my body does not allow me to.

i do not eat much to begin with i have a good reason not to now :P i am pregnant with my second child :D most foods make me sick

i also have a lot of allergies to a lot of things out there i would rather not eat then take the chance :P

i do munch on cashews ( i am allergic to most nuts as well ) sunflower seeds ( i love them ) and pretty much when i do eat i live on veggies - i have not eaten any veggies that make me sick

so breakfast is usually a no-no though i do dream about it a lot :P

I know you should, but I never have time. Usually coffee on the go is my breakfast

nahh i know breakfast is the most imp meal but i nvr have time. on school days, i just drink milk and im out. but on weekends and during the summer, i have milk with either two pieces of toast with either fat free cheese singles or garlic and herb 'cream cheese'. or i'll have an apple or banana with a toast.

i personally cannot eat breakfast...i just cant eat that soon after waking up and by the time i do feel like eating its usually lunchtime anyway

and yes i know this isnt good for me (health wise in general)

Never! I commute to work by bicycle (eight miles each way) and cannot ever skip breakfast!
