Am I to believe Lesbians seek after each other out of lust? That it's easier to face the persecution against homosexuality than it is for a lusty woman to find a man to share lust?

Are we on the same planet?

Sorry Tecskills, that's an answer to a different question.

So often I hear that homosexuality is a choice, that the homosexual chooses lust. Thus my question. Why choose homosexuality when heterosexuality is available and does not lead to the kind of persecution homosexuals must endure?

The lesbians that I have befriended are seeking one thing, intimacy an true love.....Many of them are confused, because they can't seem to find it on this planet, go figure.

Some of them are lucky enough to find their soul-mates and live peacefully, except for those who continually tell them that they are going to Hell...

Lesbianism is morally wrong. God says it's a sin. A sin of the flesh. Sometimes women for one reason or another think they are happy with other women, but giving in to the flesh only leads to an eternity in hell. I gave in once, but realized afterwords it wasn't right and prayed for forgiveness. I turned away from women completely, though I was bisexual so maybe it was easier for me to give up one. I'm not sure how it is for hard core lesbians. But they should do all they can to turn away from their immoral habit and seek a life of just God or a life of God and a husband/man. Hope this answers your question.

Interestingly, absolutely nothing is said in the Bible about lesbianism. People's fears and prejudices are at play here. Lesbians seek each other out for the same reasons heterosexuals do - companionship and sex. Lesbians are people too, even if you hate their lifestyle. Live and let live.

Homosexuality (lesbian and gay both) is unnatural sex and it is a sin, also lusting after a man or woman is a sin.God had made man and woman as husband and wife and wanted them to remain faithful and enjoy sex with each other only.

Hello bobkgin.. :)

Sin is sin in God's eyes..a liar is like a murder in His eyes..no sin is worse than another, for greed hatred, anger without just cause, covertness, adultery, fornication and idolatry are also sin..they all can be forgiven..accept blasphemy against the Holy Ghost..that sin shall not be forgiven..in this world nor the next..

In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

I think people think it is not a choice. This bring in to different camps. One who think it right and those who think it wrong. I stand with the one who think it a choice.

No, the point is that God made man and than he made woman... not man,man... or woman, woman. He made a man to be with a woman.
I personally could care less about homosexuality, that is your choice, I try to stay away from it though (my own beliefs)... I how ever have no problem with lesbians... I think they are great.

lust is also a sin - even heterosexual, so even if shes looking for a man to lust with, shes still sinning.

I live and let live. If someone chooses to be a lesbian then that is up to them. They will have to stand and be judged by God one day not by me.
