You probably weren't looking for a straight answer, but...

Hebrews 10 deals with the issue of Jesus being the uniquely perfect and final sacrifice in the OT sense of blood spilled on the altar. But there are indications in the OT that the ritual sacrifices of the priestly class had lost their meaning and value to God in Hosea 6:6, part of which Jesus quotes more than once, "I will have mercy and not sacrifice, and acknowledgement of God rather than burnt offerings." The whole Book of Isaiah is about the futility of mechanistic ritual sacrifice.

Hebrews 13 defines the sacrifices for the Christian today: 12 Therefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people through his own blood, suffered outside of the gate. 13 Let us therefore go out to him outside of the camp, bearing his reproach. 14 For we don't have here an enduring city, but we seek that which is to come. 15 Through him, then, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which proclaim allegiance to his name. 16 But don't forget to be doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

As a royal priest of God, the sacrifice of a pure heart of love poured out in service to the Almighty is my offering. It manifests in many ways.

Romans 12:1Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. 2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Every Christian should be a living sacrifice. We should give our live our lives to Him, follow where He leads.
In other words, sacrifce our stubborn live for me ways, and live for Him instead.
