They will stop at sometime. Is the mother still there? Our cat when she was a kitten we bottle fed her and she kept bitting the nipples off the bottle. So I figured she was ready to eat out of a bowl and drink water. She use to grawl at the bowl of water. She would try to suck the side of the bowl and she would get all kinds of mad at it. She finally got the hang of it and she is doing good now. Have patience with the kitten. They learn at there own speed. Good Luck.

One and a half months is still young enough for a kitten to drink its mother's milk. When she's about three months old, put out a shallow bowl of milk and dip her nose genlty into it. Push her away from the mother as much as possible. She'll soon learn to drink the milk put out for her in the bowl.

She will grow out of she's only a kitten...so don't worry...it's perfectly healthy and you should let her keep doing it til she stops on her on.

This is normal for her to do. If you want her to stop just do what her mother would do and flick her little nose and after a while she will stop. It wont hurt her and she will still love you.

get one of those really big calf-feeding bottles. they have like, i don't know, a six inch red nipple on them? ok, fill it full of kitty's favorite dairy product, and show it to her. on her scale, it'll probably look like a beer truck heading towards her mouth. that oughta do it.
