Wear a pretty tank top that's not too fancy, but not too boring and add a bunch of accessories. Leave your hair down, or do a 1/2 pony tail type thing where you leave 1/2 of your hair down and put 1/2 up.

lol. Okay... how about a nice fitted short sleeve shirt-- with a vest if it's chilly where you are. Or a peasant blouse. Or anything v-neck/turtleneck.
For hair, try braids (or or two- your choice), high or medium ponytail, hair down with a headband or... a really nice ballerina bun.
