I'd reach over and tuck them back in for you...wouldn't say a word...just tuck 'em. That's what a true friend would do....then after you got quiet, I'd mention the fact that it felt like you needed a shave...the hair's growing back.

It depends on whether you are doing it on purpose or if you are unaware because of your mental inability. I mean, if you are developmentally disabled and have not been taught properly, then I would have nothing but compassion for you. But if you are an exhibitionist out to get a thrill by shocking young ladies with glimpses of your ganglia then I would have to report you to the authorities. Because where I may have seen it all before, I want to protect the innocents in society from a predator like you.
So as I said at first, it just depends on your reason for exposing yourself inappropriately what my reaction will be.
I only hope that when you try this stunt it will be with someone as strong and forthright as me so that the situation will be dealt with correctly.

Well, it would depend our relationship... If we were friends I would tell you (then probably bag you out for not wearing underwear in public), if I had just met you I would be embarrassed (for both of us) and look anywhere but there and if I didnt like you I would walk away disgusted and ignore you for awhile...
