in an invitation you will need to include the following
the occasion
the host's name
the place (address or whatever)
the date and day (making POSITIVELY SURE this is correct)
the time of the beginning and the proposed end time too
a tear off piece at the end of the letter saying (RSVP) which means please reply stating if they are attending or not (always useful to gauge how many folks you will need to cater for
