is constantly passing comments about my perfect butt and my glorius thighs. I am a ninth grader, so i am afraid something might happen. plz help........

Have you told him how you feel about the compliments/comments that he is giving you? If you want him to stop then your best bet would be to ask/tell him to stop, and if he carrys on then tell him that if he does not stop this time then you will have no alternative but to let one of the tutors/teachers etc know that he is harrasing you and that you.v asked him to stop yet he still gets joy out of annoying you with his smarmy comments, and if after you have threatened to tell on him for doing it he still carrys on then well there really is only one m,ore thing for youi to do and that would be to actually tell on him, no matter how much you do not want to, but do not just go ahead and tell on him without letting him know first as you might get classed as a grass, and that wouldnt be nice at all.

If you are feeling uneasy if your seats are not assigned get another one. If they are tell him you don't appreciate being harrassed cause it is just that if it is making you easy. If all else fails wait till class is over and speak to your teacher about the matter. Yu have counselors at your school I am sure make use of them.

How does he know about your 'perfect butt and glorious thighs'? your probably wearing your skirts way too short. Start wearing jeans/slacks/pants and covering up those thighs and he'll have nothing to talk about.

Rise above it..he is just being, well, a boy. He will only do anything if you lead him on. If you feel really uncomfortable, talk to a teacher, a friend..anyone who can look out for you

what could possibly happen just from him saying that stuff? just take it as a compliment and dont react....unless it really bothers you then tell him to quit. i guess it really depends on whether or not you like this guy.

If you are uncomfortable ask the teacher if you can move to a new seat (tell her/him you cant see the board or something).

By law, If you have asked him to stop, this is harassment.
Talk to the disciplined head of your school and if that doesn't help, have you parents talk to him(the disciplined head).
