I would have to answer yes, you would be accountable along with that group. Revelation 18:4,5 says "Get out of her, my people, if you do not want to share with her in her sins, and if you do not want to receive part of her plagues..." here talking about babylon the great, which can be identified as the world system of false religion. this shows that associating with a group that does or teaches things that god does not agree would make someone accountable too. You could also look at 2 corinthians 6:14-17 and 1 corinthians 5:11 & 6:9,10. however Hebrews 10:24,25 says “Let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as you behold the day drawing near.” (To carry out this Scriptural command, there must be Christian meetings that we can attend on a consistent basis. Such an arrangement encourages us to express love toward others, not only concern about self.) So it is a matter of finding the organization which is doing gods will and associating with them.

It's hard to find a church or group in which you agree with everything that they do. I'm sure that there are radical fundamentalist muslims that have doubts about what they are doing, just as there are people in church who are not sure that God exists. Find a place that you feel comfortable in, and a place where you can engage in healthy discussion about doctrine, and a place where you can fellowship, and you'll be in good shape.

of course you are!... the good and the bad, so I would think that if there was something major that you don't agree with, you should look elsewhere! Personally, I don't think that one has to physically go to a building to follow thier beliefs, but I do see the benefit of the church community for some people (more as a way of meeting other people)... but I can meet people anywhere.

I wouldn't go to a church whose teaching weren't in line with mine. You go, not only for praise and worship, but for teaching. Look around for a good, Bible believing church.

If you are positive that the house of worship you attend is not practicing sound doctrine, then by all means, get out of it. Unless you're prepared to argue the points of contention, then by all means, take your problems to the pastor & deacons.

It is called 'corporate' sin, and yes you are held responsible by God. Not withstanding what other people may wish it to be, or that they wish it did not matter, because it does matter, where you worship, who you associate with, and even who you vote for, if they comet sin, YOU are just as responsible as they are.

baby girl, in your heart you know what's right and wrong. do not follow any group that have different idea and interpretation of what you have. inside each one of us, we have a core of righteous virtue. do what is right, not by what mob, group, or a cult tells you what to do. it's like the old saying " if you lead a heard of sheeps off the cliff, they all will follow". know in your heart what is right. i'm sure you'll find your answer.

Well, the group that I am is chaos magicians, all of whom would give a resounding "Heck no, we're all insane, I am TOTALLY not responsible for what that guy does" to your question.

It all depends on what you do. If you just keep silent about it Yes. If you speak out about it then NO. We are told to tell people about their sins.
