It cleans up temporary internet files, it has an anti-spyware section, it fixes what it calls "security vulnerabilities", it can permanently delete files, repair shortcuts that were broken, delete shortcuts that no longer go anywhere, clean up the registry section, remove junk files, compact the hard drive, and take stuff out of ram that you don't need. Not too bad for the price.
