Surely if he has lost one appeal, he should not be allowed another. How long does the taxpayer have to keep paying out until these people are deported?

I just can not seem to get my head around this............if someone is caught entering the country illegally, why the hell are they not put on the next flight straight back to where they came from...........too bloody soft, give them a few years rest, a nice house, all health needs, oh yeah! and bring your family over while we make a decision on your status............damned government........should never have been elected.......they all need gassing and have Margaret Thatcher back...........

oh yes........murderers........string the bastards up ..........why the hell you keep them, nice and cosy for so long is beyond me..........

I absolutely agree, it's like the Law has made a decision, er, but not really. You can guarantee that it will have something to do with that crazy 'Human Rights Act'. I am not sure that I am living on the same planet as this government. Do you think that they are 'Aliens'? no insult to extra-terrestrials intended.

Well, they are trying to be fair. Think of the number of appeals murders get before they are put on death row. We really want to be sure.
