If I get recalled from IR and my salary is decreased, does the military have a plan for that? Or will I just loose everything I cant afford.

The military has no responsibility to make up the difference in salaries. IF your employer is a nice guy, they may volunterr to do so, but it is NOT required, not even under SSCRA. All they are required to do is hold open for you a position of equal authority and pay, and keep your clock running for purposes of employment history and promotion.. in other words, they can't start you off at the bottom rung in terms of seniority once you get back. they are NOT required to hold open your exact job, either, only one that is similar in responsibility and authority. of course, this only applies to employers with more than 50 employees.

Yes, it's called personal responsibility to save money in case you get recalled. You signed up and need to take into account the chance of being deployed.

You just lose eveything you can't afford.
Since your IR status was explained to you probably
more than once, They expected you to be prepared for it, for at least two years after you got out.

Yea it's called suck it up. The IRR recall provisions in the contract are why the recruiters don't want you to read it.

The soldiers and sailors relief act will provide some protections.
