I will say to you that I left because I just got tired of it after 10 years.

The position became stagnant.
There was no longer an opportunity for growth within the company.
You wanted to pursue opportunities that would allow you to expand your skills.
You wanted to pursue a position that would allow you to use your your current skill set, and would require you to gain new skills.

Ten years is actually a pretty good run in today's world. You have nothing to be ashamed of.

I was ready for a change.

Even though marriage is supposed to be forever, jobs aren't. It's okay to get bored with one and decide to move on.

i really enjoyed where i was working but i didnt feel that i was achieving anything in my life and that there isnt any oppurtunity to grow, be careful what you say because im sure your new emp will phone for ref
