How to determine tannin & caffeine in tea by simple lab method/volumetric analysis?

I know of no simple method to determine the tannin amount in tea by simple methods. If you have access to a purified tannin standard, a simple hot water extraction followed by color density (or color comparison) will give relatively good values (as for a science fair project).
