LOL!!! He could have burnt his tongue on something or he has got something on it or maybe he is just being playful. NOT!!! He wants to go down on u you know eat u out! Personally i hate when guys do that it is just stupid! TELL HIM TO STOP DOING IT!!

umm.how old is this guy if hes a teenager hes trying to be funny or hes immature.If hes an adult then maybe he has a nervous tic.Other then that i have no earthly idea havent had that problem myself
