Have been looking at Baby Born, Baby Annabel and Chou Chou. My little girl is going to be two years old, I know the above are for 3 yrs & up, but you can't get many for two year olds. She loves her sister's Princess Alexa.

Both my girls love Baby Annabel when they were little they had a doll made my "ladybird" which was soft dressed in a spotty suit (she was machine washable too!)
You could get a pram to match her too. She came from Argos originally but that was awhile ago so I don't know if she's still available.
Have a look at Mothercare or the early learning centre they should be able to help. Personally I didn't find anything on baby Annabel that was "dangerous", just check buttons etc as you do on your child's clothes. As she's little the doll will probably end up being dragged about naked anyway!

both my females love infant Annabel at the same time as they were little that they had a doll made my "ladybird" which became mushy wearing a spotty tournament (she became gadget cleanable too!) you would possibly want to get a pram to compare her too. She got here from Argos initially yet that became awhile in the past so i do not comprehend if she's nevertheless accessible. take a seem at Mothercare or the early getting to carry close centre they should be able to help. in my opinion i did not discover something on infant Annabel that became "risky", basically examine buttons and so on as you do on your youngster's outfits. As she's little the doll will likely finally end up being dragged about bare besides!

Buy a doll that she can take into the bath, my little one loved that, baby born does this i'm sure. Also make sure that the doll is about the size of a newborn baby as real baby clothes are a lot cheaper than dolls and you get more choice.

Buy her one that she will be able to hold. Most of the dolls you have mentioned are quite big and quite heavy for a two year old. If she is a typical girly girl she will love any little doll you get her and as she gets older you can progress up to the bigger mechanical dolls.

She is too young for barbie just yet. Probably Newborn baby Annabel is your best bet. It is a soft doll with a plastic head. Comes with dummy and bottle and its face moves and it crys...the littler ones love it. You can buy the cot and car seat etc to go with it, i didn't buy the clothes though cos they were really expensive, so i went ethel austin and bought actual baby clothes well cheaper...

My little girl got all the baby dolls, family members kept buying them for her, but the only doll she ever played with much was a barbie doll, and now aged 4 she only plays with her barbies and bratz dolls. All the baby dolls are in a box with crayoned faces.

I always liked the Cabbage Patch Kids. I'm not sure what the age is but they're great dolls.
