i too have long hair which i oil often...

Caring for it is very simple...Whenever you take a hair wash, shampoo your head trice...to remove the excess oil, and then condition it as per the instructions...

If you blow dry your hair after a wash, dry only 3/4th of it, else it makes your hair too dry and frizzy...I personally prefer the good old towel dry method..

Is shampooing daily harmful for the hair?
Everyday washing shouldn't be a concern as long as you are using a mild

I do have long hair.I apply oil and wash it twice.Once to remove the oil ,second i use conditioner to have a silky look.I dont use hair drier rather prefer towel dry method. Have a visit to this site for more tips.

conditioner u have to use after shampoo. after shampoo aply conditioner on the hair keep for 2 minutes then rinse it off lightly

then dont oil ur hair often then. so u can get da chance to use da conditioner.
