It sounds as if something is simply irritating his little nose. Does someone around him habitually wear perfume? Humans are often sensitive to these often revolting concoctions, so it wouldn't be surprising if cats were too, especially as they rely so much on their sense of smell that it is many times more sensitive than ours.

He could just be stopped up by a allergy or he might have a upper respiratory infection. If this persists take him back to the vet because last time the illness may have not been detectable as of then. Good luck and i hope your kitty gets better.

Could be if he is a kitten , he needs to be in a warm place and have nice clean air.. I know my cat sneezes when there is a lot of dust around. Kittens are very vulnerable and need to be in a nice comfortable environment. Make sure everything is clean and cuddle him a lot..good luck..

cats are very sucseptible to allergies, i know my cat sneezes alot, perhaps because my parents smoke. the hacking and coughing could simply be a sign of hairballs. i suggest you talk again with your vet just to be sure.

It can be allergies, or your cat could have a respiratory infection. My cat had one before and had to be on antibiotics. If this keeps up or gets worse, see your vet again or try to find a different one.

It's probably just excitement sneezes! my dog does that. and the coughs are probably from the cat chocking or about to throw up a hairball
this is nothing to be alarmed by.

sounds like herpes to me. go to walmart and go to the supplement isle and get some l-lysine and give 500mg once a day of that to your kitten. and 12.5 mg of benadryl twice a day. give it some time to fully start working.
