Im perticularly asking those girls who have heavy boobs dont you feel something is sagging out of your body protruding in front of you?? and guys will stear at them when ever you walk, run, bend etc just to get a rear glimpse of it, dont you feel odd sometimes.
This is just a question was wondering how difficult it will be to manage.

that is fine you girls manage with bras but still it shakes and pops out at times.

My boobs are about the average size, so I just wear a bra with good support. Only during "that time of the month" do they ever bother me.

Well that's easily answered with "They wear a bra" and as for how it feels, its like how guys have that thing they have but women don't except womens breasts have more muscle so it can be felt more and its more noticeable, seeing as a guys thing is in between his legs and womens boobs are right in their face. As for the staring, well no one can help that. Women have boobs so they're women, and men stare at boobs, just like men. :-P

I unfortunetly was blessed with big boobs! Guys have they told me "like my rack" and yes it is very annoying. I have a face!!! And to answer the other question... no they don't get in the way that much. I guess only when I work out they can hurt a little. But hey... thanks for asking.
