There will be a growing, huge number of IT professionals in the market. Most professionals would also have at least Master qualifications in their IT fields in the next 10 to 20 years to come.

It may become a lot harder for fresh graduates to find for a suitable IT career in the next 10 to 20 years of time because employers will have numerous choices of IT professionals to recruit.

My advice to those who want to pursue a career in IT? Don't stop at IT.. Look into all the other possibilities as well, and not just within the IT field.. It may become harder to survive in the IT industry later on.. And if one is already in the IT industry, he/she has to keep himself/herself updated with the current technologies.

Good question. IT folks for the past 20 years or so have program their way out of a job. We have made the computer smarter and better and someday soon computers will not need IT people anymore. Sad isn't?
