It's also very dark.
When it was hot I strained some of the liquid out as there seemed too much.
I had tested the jam in the usual way to check if it was ready -- it was.

I suppose you could put it all back in the pan, add some water, heat up and the re-pot. However, is it worth it? Is it like concrete, or is it just more solid than you would have liked?

I can assure you that it tastes the same whether it is runny, or solid.

I made some blackberry jam once that turned out too solid too. I really don't think there is anything to be done about it. I just ate it as it was even though it wasn't very pretty to look at.

Next time, believe it when you test it! Did you keep the liquid you strained off? If you did you could reheat and put it back in then repot.

heat them everytime you wanna serve them. Yeah i hope it can be not solid anymore if you heat them. Just re-cook it and add some more water. Or just eat it just the way it is. I'm sure its delicious!

sounds to me you should run it out house, otherwise it will be you doing the running
