Whether or not you own the rights to your own DNA code has not been decided in court.
It's arguable that your DNA is an expression of your own uniqueness so that is 'copyrightable'.
I would say that exceptions would need to be made in the case of twins and relatives however that share a large percentage of your DNA as well.
Courts would need to proceed with care.

The only thing we can claim for personal Independence, and property is ourselves.
DNA is the most fundamental and personal of ourselves.
Since no person can claim to have the rights to another, (remember slavery?) then to lay claim to anothers DNA would be to lay claim of ownership to that person.
We have been given a right to ourselves and bodies, and no man or woman can lay claim to that our property, without a jury of our peers saying we do not have that right.
The supreme court rules are for a specific case, and to claim all cases are the same, based on one, is not only ignorant, but defeats the rights to individuality.

Ring my boss and say, I'm just back from a radical makeover, and I may not remember every detail og my job, but I'll be back tomorrow birght and early.
