Oh, I know a simple prayer I was through by a joke. Just share with you.

A hunter was caught by a bear, and the hunter called GOD for help. So GOD asked, "Hunter, you didn't believe ME is the 1st place, why do you call me now?"

Hunter answered, "Oh GOD, I still don't believe YOU but if you can turn this bear to become a Christian than I believe YOU."

So GOD turned the bear into a Christian. And the bear raises it arms to the sky and said, "thank you for the food I'm about to eat, amen"

Hehe, so the shortest prayer is "thank you for the food I'm about to eat, amen"

rub a dub dub thanks for the grub yeah GOD!
no but really, just pray for whats in your heart if your greatful for the company you are with thank God for them, if your hope the lord will bless the person who cooked it then ask him. you dont need to say the same thing everyday or pray in a specific way just let God know whats on your heart. he will listen even if you arent an eloquent speaker.
