P.S. Don't judge her too harshly. She didn't say how tall she was, which obviously makes a difference. I would bet that most of us here have no idea what kilos are really like relative to lbs either. Sure you might be able to do the conversion, but just hearing the number... you don't automatically know what to think. And even after conversion, like I said, we don't know her height.
So don't just make all these baseless assumptions about her... that she wants to be so skinny she can fall through a crack and such. And don't make it about her fiance loving her or not. I'm sure she knows he loves her regardless, or he wouldn't want to marry her. I seriously doubt that's what it's about. It's probably about her OWN self-image and health, and there is nothing wrong with that.

cut down on fried stuff and junk drink low fat milk and lots of orange juice , walk for an hour everyday morning.join the gym and do light weight training and more of cardio exercices ..start doing stomach crunches...eat 3 proper meals a day .completely stop carbonated drinks........good health = proper food + exercices ....don be tensed u will see results in a month's time
