These trainers have an inbuilt system that mean you have to learn to walk differently because you feel as though you may fall off balance in them,They were in the paper yesterday and I have forgotten to get the name of them.

Great answer havanadig! You can't change your footwear and then lose wieght you muppet, unless you start on an exercise regime whilst wearing them. Lose weight by having a calorie controlled diet combined with exercise. Its the only real way to do it.

The only pounds you'll lose if you buy them is ££££££. Please don't fall for such rubbish!! The only way to lose weight is to eat properly and move around more. It shouldn't cost anything to do that cos you have to eat and most people move about every day.

ALL trainers help you lose weight if you use them. So will ordinary shoes, boots, wellies or anything else you walk or run in.
