If you are refering to the "Temp" folder, you'lljust have to empty it occasionaly. Redirecting files to another location does not get rid of them. Windows and applications use this as a staging area during application installations. This is a necessary folder. You an reset the pth in the "Enviromental Variable" for you profile if you want to move the location.

Move amount of space to zero.

click to download something and then put it in the desired folder... if you jsut click "open" or "view" it goes to a temp. file.
