The equivalent noise voltage for a resistor is given by

v=sqrt(4*k*T*F*R)

where k = Boltzman's const
T= temp in degK
F=frequency bandwidth
R=resitance (ohms)

From this you get a noise voltage (rms) of 0.2 microvolt
