how to view ntsc tapes via a pal camcorder?

is there a software that i can use/download? I'm using a mac btw. Thanks

Nope, but if you get a NTSC camcorder, you can play the tape into your computer and then convert it to PAL. You can also buy stand-alone converters, but any way you go, you will have to spend some money.
