First Date?

I`ve known a girl just some days ago , and I got a crush on her , I`ve spoken to her on telephone but seen her only once.I would like to go on a date with her but how should I procede ,how should I begin , continue and end a date?

just call her and ask if she wants to hang out somewhere with you or get something to eat with you. no matter what you do do not be nervous when asking her just be calm and cool about it. ask her casually and if she says yes then say cool! if she says no than just casually be like well how about another time?
