God can make things happen in your life by moving certain things around and having events happen, but in the end it is your reaction to those events that will determine the outcome. (Your Free Will) For instance people can pray that you be saved, that allows God to move people christian in your path to help you come to HIM. He didn't predestine it yet it was His desire you come to Him so He can intervene because of prayer or just because He wills it.

Your destiny is a human being, not a tree.
As a human being, by destiny, you may die suddenly like a seed eaten by a bird, or die ordinarily like a tree after bearing fruits for various seasons.
As a human being, by destiny, you have been endowed with a free will to make choice between life and death: you may make effort in choosing to die suddenly or to die ordinarily in shame or in glory.The tree and the bird cannot make any choice.
