Do you really have a problem to worry??? May be you are just confused or worried about something that can never happen ...
Find out the real cause of your worries and solve them, if there is any. I bet you will find it to be nothing more than just anxiety or stress you feel out of combustion.
Hey only you can make yourself happy and no one else. Just do what you want and enjoy. Share everything with your family and they will become a great source of encouragement and also they stand up to your problems if there are any, again.
Work it out and be happy ... only YOU can make it !!!

Don't really know what the problem is...but peace really comes from within. There could be chaos around you and you could still be at peace. You should make sure to keep your family happy as best you could, as if you do not consider them, they not be at peace and neither will you. If there is something which you are doing which is disrupting the peace, then you have got to check this....discuss with your family if necessary and try to work it out. Prayer will surely help you and your family to find this peace. So the first thing to do is pray...and pray with meaning...and you can be sure things will get better and you and your family will find this peace which is eluding you all.

You can choose to have a peaceful Spirit at all times even though you are mad or unhappy about something that has happened. What I do is make an effort to see something of a blessing that is around me. Everybody has something that rriggers feelings of Peace and Serenity and those who live life that way know what it is and goes to it often everyday.
Families are full of trials, laughter, tears, pride, exhasperation! At the end of the day, you just have to be thankful for each one of them, tell them you love them, tuck them in with kisses and hugs, and remember that everything we experience passes into the next day. It is your choice to open your eyes in the morning with a smile or a scowl on your face!

u need to be confident first.leave doubts from today."u r going to be the happiest person of this world"remember this line and say this to urself at least 10 times in a day.after few days u'll feel that there is nothing to worry abt.everything is going right in its own way just coz of that line which u r telling to urself everyday...(if u do this very heartily as burning desire)happiness is all in our hand.every matter has positive and negative side.but if u want to be happy so u just see the positive side of it.make ur people free with u.always use good words for u and for all others.always be positive.u'll get positive result.but if u think negative,u'll get negative result.

According to Plato the soul is composed of three levels: the philosophical, the ambitious, and the passionate. To him those who live their lives engaged in licentiousness or debauchery would find themselves slaves of their passions but a well organized soul was a harmonious unit. Aristotle said that humans are indefatigible creatures but the more time we spend increasing our time doing activities where we are using the rational principle and even more in intellectual problems that cause us to contemplate the happier we will be because we will have found that special part of ourselves that is separate from the animals. He calls this the intellectual virtues. He also believed in the mean for emotional virtues. The mean is the middle path between two emotions. I believe it was Epicurus who said that getting married reduces one's chances of happiness and I suppose there is some merit in that arguement as when one gets married he must spend time trying to make his partner happy with material possessions and the more children one has the more he is forced to provide for them instead of spending time on spiritual matters. Personally, beyond these ideas of three great philosophers, I tend to lower or debase myself as a child by stepping out of my own sphere by watching nature In just sitting in the weeds and looking down at the insects that abound one becomes in awe of something greater than himself. Remember that 90 percent of all life forms are smaller than a chicken egg and by examining them one finds an appreciation for life beyond ones thoughts about the itinerary of his day

Too many cooks spoil the broth. Concentrate on the affairs at hand rather than meddling in the affairs of others. Give room for others to perform too. Have mutual regard amongst yourselves. Be happy.

Develop a stronger relationship with your higher power. I'm working on mine. Religion gives people a sense of purpose, motivation, and a new sense of understanding. When thing get too rough, you pray for guidance and ask (whoever it is you will pray to, for me, it's God, so I don't want to offend you, but instead of writing "whoever you pray to" again, I'm just gonna write (God)) for help coping or resolving the conflict in your life. Let (God) take it off your shoulders, that is what he is there for. (He) loves you and wants to help.
