Jumbo can mean many things.
In the airline industry, the large jets are refer to as Heavy. And a number of company's around the world build Large/Heavy jets.
These planes normally hold over a 150 passengers.

Boeing alone make the 747/757/767/777 all are large planes.

Then you have military aircraft, like the C-5A which is very large but rarely carries any passengers.
