I never want a big meal because it makes me feel bloated. And I never want anything that takes a long time to make because I don't have time. Also don't want anything with garlic in as it gives me smelly breath.

However, don't want something to light because otherwise get too drunk too quickly.

What do other people eat before a big night out?

Well older people in Ireland swore by a plate of champ and a glass of buttermilk. Champ being creamed potatoes and chopped scallions(spring onions), which wouldn't be as smelly as garlic. Personally I love the smell of garlic on a woman's breath, it shows she's is willing to indulge her tastes and appetites!

Problem is no matter what you do the aftereffects will be the same.

Soaking up the alchol or lineing your stomach just mean you delay the getting drunk but the fact is the same ammount of alchol enters your system and gets processed.

A Big Mac. They put something in there to keep it from coming back up! Plus no prep for you, and drive thru is quick and convenient.
