I met my partner online playing Yahoo games. We lived over 500 miles apart, him in Scotland and me in England and were both in failing relationships at the time.We were just friends to begin with but gradually after getting to know each other better we realise that we wanted to be more than just friends. My now fiance moved 500 miles to come live with me. We have now been together almost 3 years, have a beautiful 3 month old baby boy and are getting married in 2 years, it would be sooner but we need time to save some money first.

We met through work, but both of were at the end of old relationships which had to run their course. After we had both finished with our partners we got to know each other, and after our first date we have not spent any time apart, that was 2 years ago next month.

I met him at work, I was a security guard in a shopping centre and he was a security guard in a specific store as well.
I was told by other co-workers that he liked me, I did not bother follow it up, then I was told again by someone else that he liked me.
I then broke the ice and went up to him.
He was mixed race and I always wanted to date someone who is that race, he now reminds me of Sucre from Prison Break and I still find him sexy to this day. I think what drew me to him was the fact that he was mean looking and deep down he has a good heart.
I cant remember how I started a conversation with him or what he said.
Now 2 1/2 years later we are still together and plan to marry in 2008.

I met my husband through a friend @ school, the friend arranged for my husband to pick me up in the parking lot across the street from my school. I walked passed his truck and tryed getting on the public transit bus, before he saw me cause he looked like a rocker punk. But I was busted and he gave me a drive home.... now 10 years later the rocker punk is the best thing to ever happen to me, and we have a handsome son and another on the way!

I met my husband outside the Lattice House pub, King's Lynn, in October 1987 when I was 16 and he was 20. Me and my friend asked a bloke we knew called 'Squeak' to go into the pub and tell him that someone wanted to speak to him, outside, and the rest is history. We married in March 1992, have a beautiful daughter (born in May 2001) and are still together, nearly 19 years later.

He fixed my computer! I'd been using his company for a few years but we'd never really had much to do with each other previously, he'd picked up my system and taken it back to his office to fix, this time however he did it in my home and we had a laugh and a joke, got on really well, he asked me out later that night and I accepted, we've been together ever since, that was nearly 16 months ago. He's the love of my life.
