Most definitely the melting pot!! What an awesome restaurant. It is really pricey...kind of a once in a while thing....but just delicious and fun. It is a very romantic date rendevouz....fun to take your older kids to for a special dinner as well because you get to cook your main course right at the table. Learn more at www.themeltingpot.com

I am totally into the quesadilla explosion salad from Chili's Bar and Grill restaurant in California. It had grilled chicken, black beans, cheese, and this great south west dressing.
I also love Johnny Carino's - it has that great home cooking feel to the atmosphere and the service is excellent.

Red Lobster followed closely by Johnny Carino's,
BUT...I am a sucker for private owned "home-cooking" restaurants. Especially if their specialty is southern style stick to your ribs yummy kind of food!
