Nah, he would have become the senior immigrant official of the country. Ironic, i know, what with him being an immigrant as well, but still an excellent advert for turning away potential freeloaders from other countries.

Lets have a look at the kind of things our dear Arnie would be saying to those Romanian's and Poles:

Immigrant: Can i live and work in your country?
Arnie: Negative. The T-1000 will know you've come here to work and will be looking for you.

Immigrant: Shall i return back to my country then?
Arnie: Negative, the T-1000 has probably already gone back there, has killed your parents and is waiting for you.

Immigrant: Are you sure?
Arnie: I would.

Next immigrant:

Immigrant: Can i enter your country?
Arnie: I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle.

Immigrant: I have only just got here and i dont own a motorcycle and these clothes are all i have.
Arnie: Negative...

Next Immigrant:

Immigrant: Can i enter your country?
Arnie: Negative.

Immigrant: Oh f*ck you, I'll be back.
Arnie: How dare you, that's my line, come back here so that i can terminate you.

Immigrant: No, i'm going back.
Arnie: That's it, from now on all immigrants will be terminated, let this be a warning.
(He shoots the immigrant with his sawn-off before stealing his clothes, his boots and his motorcycle).

Other immigrants, terrified at the prospect of the "Terminator" in charge of immigration dont even bother crossing the Channel any more.

Problem solved. If only we had got him before the sleazy b4stard got in office across the pond....

He would have been appointed deputy leader of the British National Party and, as such, would be obliged to engage in a duel to the death with John Prescott. Prescott would win and be sentenced to life imprisonment. Arnie's body would have been cremated and sent back to Austria, but would be lost because they would be sent by Royal mail.
