after years of suspicion and contact with the social services i've found out that my girlfriends dad is a convicted peadophile who abused several kids including is own and he had contact with my 7 year old daughter until she was 6 years old,can i get an order against him or should i stop him the only definite way??? (you know what i mean!!!)

It depends on what state you live in concerning the seriousness. Schedule one generally means that they are considered at a low risk to reoffend. However, you should be cautious with your children around him. As far as getting an order against him, you'd have to have a reason. Is he actually stalking you and your children? Have you told him not to come around you and your family? In regards to your "definite" solution, you will go to prison for a long time for that. You won't be much help for your daughter behind bars. By the way, you just publicly expressed an interest in that solution. Your question here could be traced to you through your ISP by the police if anything happened to your girlfriend's dad. That right there gives you motive and proof of premeditation if a crime were to occur. The police always investigate the people closest to a victim. So, I would advise against doing anything stupid.

if he's served his time, then he's made his peace with the state. Did he abuse your daughter? I know that if anybody touched one of my kids, they'd be on the receiving end of some modern frontier justice. If not, then live and let live. Be wary around him, and if he does something completely ****** up, kill him. Just don't say I said so.
