Pay attention to what you are doing. For example, you've posted this in the beer, wine & spirits sections, which to me says that you aren't observant. Not being observant can make it difficult to learn a new accent. Focus on vowel sounds. They are one of the biggest obsticles when trying to overcome an accent.

If its pronounciation of English (as a second language) then listen to the BBC over the Internet as much as possible and try reading aloud and taping yourself. Work on one problem at a time (eg one vowel sound or consonant) until you are happy with the result. Remember though that trying to lose an accent is not just impossible for most people it is also wrong. Your accent is part of you and so be proud of it. Just aim for clear, fluent pronounciation and you will be fine.

You have to learn and practice the phonetix part of the english literature. Also after knowing the above you can have a good dictionary (Oxford advanced learners dictionary) which covers the phonetix with each word. So it will give a better idea in mind of pronounciation. Then pronounciate it by yourself a number of time.
Also listen to BBC news in radio or in internet whatever easy for you. I hope you will definitely improve.

Work on your spelling too. It's pronunciation. If you see the words correctly then that might help.
