all ppl are ppl that is that and the bible says don't judged any one so if I have not meet them yet I don't know them and when I do meet them than I would first get to know them and decide if I like them and wanted to be there friend or not but even if i didn't want to be there friend I would not judge them or hate them or kill them that would be playing God i think only God has the right to judge some one oh well the bible dose say if you r going to judge than judge righteously but if I think some one should be judged I pray God to judge them and I might tell them What Gods word says if they are doing something against Gods word but I would leave judgment or IE punishment up to God and I would just pray for them

Abdulaziiz makes a very strong point about the Prophets. I think nobody realizes that enough or think it is a lie, that almost all the Prophets come from the Middle-East. It should account for something. Considerable fact is also that a small percentage of all the Muslims in the world is actually Arab. Only 8 % roughly estimated. All these millions of Muslims are from Asia, as you state in your question, but how many of these millions find their way into the daily news? Maybe a dozen or so. On millions of people, it is hardly 1 %. How can you start blaming all the Arabs and Asians. Most terrorists are home grown, living in the States or the UK. They speak fluent English, have studied and out of the blue they join a terrorist group and lay bombs everywhere they go. You could wonder what their reason is, but there must be something valid to blame their discontent and discomfort for. As they claim themselves: feelings of being second rate civilians and the policy of the goverments in the countries they live and abroad of course. They feel that all the Muslims around the world are attacked: Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Somalia, Palestine etc. I think your question contributes to this climate although it is understandable you may feel that way, seen all the attacks lately.

Well I am an Indian and have been to UK and US. I am not sure what they think but they always put us under scurtiny in most of the Airports despite what you look like. But I have always made friends where ever I have been to. I have some very close friends in both these countries. Again it is responsibilty of the governments to educate people about the terrorism and to tell that not all people from Asia are terrorists. Any thoughts.................

Good God no! They're people old Bean. Unless I've some dealings with them or if they happen to be a woman I don't think about them at all. That's not to do with them, they just want to get threw their day; same as me. They have interests and problems, just like me. So they speak Hindi or Urdu when they're at home, my folk used to speak Gaelic. I won't have myself reduced to judging a whole section of society by the actions of a few misguided souls. I'll add this as well, some of those Girls are beautiful, same as my very own. Unless I'm on a firing line in combat I would not consider discharging a weapon towards another human, that's contemplating murder! For goodness sakes, did not your fore Fathers fight to end this sort of thing in Europe half a century ago? They're just people, no better; no worse; just part of the good folk.

I wonder if they are a good cook. Very few of the people from these countries actually are terrorists. I'm invited to an Asian's wedding this weekend and I don't expect to see any terrorists there, and I'm quite honored that I was asked.

I don't hate them, but I am scared if I see an Arab or Indian Pakistanis person and if they get an attitude (which a lot of them do) Then I get angry. But I try to love everyone and be peaceful. If everyone would be that way then maybe these Arab/Indian Pakistanis people wouldn't be so quick with the attitude.

and if and when i see an Asian person .. i rarely think anything different
there are many people from all walks of life in my area ... so its not unusual for me to see them and i don't take note of any feelings when i do
i don't take note of any feelings when i see a European person either ... why should seeing an Asian be any different

Many of my American friends and coworkers are of Indian, Pakistani or otherwise Asian decent (if you're going to use the continent to label the people there, I consider them included). So, no. My first thought is usually "person."
Honestly, why did you even ask this question? Also, why white people? Isn't this more of a geographic or national question than a racial one?

Neither. I see "the guy down the street". Someone I don't know, someone who's probably just as nice or just as much of a jerk as the next guy. I don't know 'em, and would be as wary of, yet friendly with, them as I would a Latino, Asian (ie Chinese, Japanese), a black, an Irishman, the guy who works at the junkyard, or the guy who works at the bank, or whatnot.
He's just another person to me.

1st thought: That guy looks like a terrorist.
2nd thought:I shouldn't generalize an entire race because of a few individuals.
3rd thought: Why am I even bothering to think about this?
btw, I'm 1/4 asian.
