I can't answer what will make them dance to our tune but I can tell you what has made my fiancee happy is my willing to take responsibility for my actions, allow him to speak his mind (even if I don't agree) and not nag him about his opinions, and also to just remember my role as his complimenter, companion, and lifelong partner.......My relationship has improved ten folds and we are both happier, and more content with each other and our relationship.
