yes there is but u should use it as a jump start only,,,
there is the atkins diet,,proved to help u lose alot,,
but try it for 1 week only then go on a normal diet,, bec. if u go on it longer ull get board and stop and gain everything back..
there is also the low glysimic diet,, its a good 1 too
+ drink alot of icey water it increases burnig

Don't try to lose weight quickly...eat right and excercise. Running is great. There are a lot of books, magazines and websites on this topic. Good luck.

The only way that actually works is health eating and exercise. Any quick fix or fad diet is exactly that. A fad and a quick fix. The weight won't stay off! You need to do it slowly. Gillian McKeith's book is excellent for help!

pills dont work!!! u need to diet and exercise. i used to weigh 245lbs. through diet and exercise i now weigh 168lbs. i know it still sounds like a lot but my height, 5'6, i dont look overweight anymore, just curvy, and am a size 14 where before i was size 22. good luck, all it takes is will power. if u dont have access to a gym then there are plenty of exercises you can do at home that work just as well.

Well, Try to change your life style like from Car to walk. Eat only you are getting hungry. Try to jump half of your height daily. Make clear your mind and learn something daily.
