Well, I am a girl, and I must say I prefer neither of them. Both are extremes, in men as well as in women, and none is good- looking and/or healthy.
For women I prefer them to look normal, without trying to look like men, flat everywhere and so on. Women look beautiful when they have curves (though I don't mean they should be so large as if they'd spend their day eating) and have beautiful skin (baby soft and without orange skin).
Concerning men I prefer them to be broad, and most importantly not thin. I could not do with a guy thinner than I am. It is simply not erotic to have a tiny piece of man whom you fear you could break at any moment. He should just be normally built, he needn't even be too muscly, as long as he can do some of the things that arise in a house (paint the walls, change a lightbulb etc...) My hubby is all that, so I am not looking anymore anyway....:)

Both are good.The problem lies in too thin or thick.Then you're either skinny or fat.The face or other bodily features usually come into play then,Big booty,boobs or exceptionally pretty usually help.Remember,beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
